Service

CraftCue provides production-readiness checks and workflow tracking for personalized Shopify orders. The merchant remains responsible for order review, customer communication, production decisions, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.

Pricing and free trial

CraftCue offers a 14-day free trial, followed by a subscription of $12.99 USD per month. The plan price and trial terms are presented for your approval through Shopify. Recurring billing begins after the trial ends unless you cancel the subscription. All app charges are billed through Shopify.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to process unlawful or infringing content. You must maintain appropriate access controls for your Shopify store.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep synchronization reliable, but merchants should verify important order details in Shopify before beginning production.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CraftCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and contact

You may stop using CraftCue by uninstalling it. We may suspend misuse or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical. Questions can be sent to support@krazystack.com.
